Our dental business is beyond happy with Val and H&S cleaning service. The moment we walk into our office, it smells fresh and feels clean. Patients have commented on how clean our office looks, and our employees no longer have to stress about whether a cleaning agency will show up because he is dependable. Our dental office is sparkling, and the attention to detail is beyond any cleaning services we have used. The fine attention to areas such as air ducts, ceiling lights, underneath, and between the small creases of dental chairs is not overlooked. So happy we went with H&S Cleaning Service for our apartment turnover. Our tenants had left the place in complete disarray. Not only did they show up on time, but they exceeded our expectations. H&S left it looking great and smelling amazing. I was so impressed with attention to detail. I thought I was going to have to buy a new refrigerator but to my surprise it was clean and didn't appear nothing like it was left. HS Cleaning services has exceeded our expectations! We have had them clean our dental office after initial construction (all that fine dust and debris!) and then we have enrolled them do regular "deep cleans" for the office in areas that we have difficulty accessing regularly. Walking into the office after HS Cleaning has been here is always refreshing and we know things have been taken care of thoroughly and properly. Both Val and Kattie make sure to go over expectations and communicate clearly before hand what will be done and then follow up afterward to ensure we are happy with the outcome. We were preparing our home for sale, and knew with that came home inspection companies that would examine the house with a fine tooth come. While Val cleaned the entire outside of the house, then walked around double checking that it was spotless, Kattie went through everything inside, showing me exactly what buyers look for…including that little bit of dirt that accumulates beneath a windows, and below sliding doors for instance. I am happy to say, thanks to Kattie and Val’s persnickety attention to detail, the home inspector was over heard telingl the buyer our home was the cleanest home he’d ever inspected. I can't say enough about Kattie and the work that she did for my entire family. This was a very sensitive cleaning job because she was dealing with my aging, ill father being in the home and she handled it with grace and compassion. She was SUPER professional, extremely thorough, always communicated clearly, her cleaning standards were not only way above standard but even way above mine!
