I can’t say enough about Kattie and the work that she did for my entire family. This was a very sensitive cleaning job because she was dealing with my aging, ill father being in the home and she handled it with grace and compassion. She was SUPER professional, extremely thorough, always communicated clearly, her cleaning standards were not only way above standard but even way above mine! We were preparing our home for sale, and knew with that came home inspection companies that would examine the house with a fine tooth come. While Val cleaned the entire outside of the house, then walked around double checking that it was spotless, Kattie went through everything inside, showing me exactly what buyers look for…including that little bit of dirt that accumulates beneath a windows, and below sliding doors for instance. I am happy to say, thanks to Kattie and Val’s persnickety attention to detail, the home inspector was over heard telingl the buyer our home was the cleanest home he’d ever inspected.
